Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti Celebration - 2026

Swami Vivekanand Integration English School, Latur, celebrated Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti on 19 February 2026 with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour.

The programme was graced by the Chief Guest, Mrs. Priyanka Bansode. The dignitaries present on the occasion included Administrative Coordinator Mr. Vikas Labade Sir, Principal Mrs. Varsha Labade Ma’am, Vice-Principal Mrs. Shivkanya Tat Ma’am, Junior Wing Academic Coordinator Mrs. Sushma Gadade Ma’am, Academic Incharge Mr. Sanjay Biradar Sir, and Cultural Committee Head Mr. Dattatray Ohal Sir.

The celebration commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, symbolizing the dispelling of ignorance and the spread of knowledge. This was followed by insightful speeches highlighting the life, bravery, leadership, and administrative excellence of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

The programme also featured melodious songs, including special performances by the Chief Guest and Mr. Dattatray Ohal Sir, which added grandeur to the event. Students actively participated with great enthusiasm, presenting cultural performances that reflected their admiration and respect for the great warrior king.

The programme concluded with a formal Vote of Thanks, marking the end of a memorable celebration filled with cultural pride, inspiration, and patriotism.
