Swami Vivekanand Integration English School (SVIES), Latur, celebrated Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Jayanti and National Education Day on 13th November 2025 with great zeal and reverence, commemorating the birth anniversary of India’s first Education Minister.
The programme was graced by the presence of Administrative Coordinator Mr. Vikas Labade, Principal Mrs. Varsha Labade, Academic In-charge Mr. Sanjay Biradar, and Cultural Committee Head Mr. Dattatray Ohal.
The celebration began with the garlanding of the portrait of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, paying tribute to his visionary leadership and invaluable contributions to the field of education. This was followed by an insightful and inspiring speech by Mr. Dipak Gore, who highlighted the life, ideals, and educational vision of Maulana Azad. His address emphasized the importance of education in building an inclusive, progressive, and empowered nation.
The programme was efficiently compered by Mr. Mukteshwar Khobare, ensuring a smooth flow of events and effectively conveying the significance of the occasion.
The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks proposed by Mr. Dattatray Ohal, expressing gratitude to all dignitaries, staff, and students for their participation in making the programme meaningful and successful, while reinforcing the importance of education in shaping a better society.
