Interaction Session with Shri. Ajit Sinha Patil Kavhekar sir

Swami Vivekanand Integration English School (SVIES), Latur, had the distinct honour of hosting Shri. Ajit Sinha Patil Kavhekar Sir, Vice President of JSPM, District President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Former Corporator at Latur Municipal Corporation, and President of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha. The visit featured an insightful interaction session with the teaching staff, focusing on the evolving landscape of education and the vital role of educators.

The programme was presided over by Administrative Coordinator Mr. Vikas Labade, in the presence of Principal Mrs. Varsha Labade, Vice-Principal Mrs. Shivkanya Tat, and Academic In-charge Mr. Sanjay Biradar. The session began with a warm welcome and introductory address by Mr. Vikas Labade, who expressed gratitude to the esteemed guest and set a reflective tone for the interaction.

In his keynote address, Shri. Kavhekar emphasized the importance of integrating spirituality with education, highlighting that along with academic excellence, moral and value-based development is essential for nurturing responsible individuals. He also underscored the need for educational institutions to adapt to a rapidly evolving, technology-driven world, particularly with the growing influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

He stressed the importance of holistic development, urging educators to focus not only on academics but also on developing critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills among students. Encouraging teachers to continuously upgrade their knowledge and teaching methodologies, he inspired them to prepare students for future challenges with confidence and adaptability.

Following the keynote address, faculty members shared their valuable experiences and reflections. Mr. Ambadas Todkar spoke about his long-standing association with the school and its positive impact on his professional journey. Mrs. Deepika Chavan, associated with the institution since its inception, shared her enriching experiences and deep connection with the school’s growth. Mrs. Jyoti Wale added an artistic dimension to the programme by reciting a thoughtful poem, which was well appreciated by the audience.

The session concluded with a Vote of Thanks proposed by Mr. Sanjay Biradar, Academic In-charge, who expressed sincere gratitude to Shri. Kavhekar Sir for his valuable insights and to all participants for their active involvement.
