Third Parent-Teacher Meeting – Classes VI to IX

Swami Vivekanand Integration English School, Latur, successfully conducted its Third Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM-3) for Classes VI to IX on 28th June 2025, with a primary focus on discussing the results of the newly introduced Weekly Test System.

This initiative, launched as part of the school’s academic strategy for the 2025–2026 session, aims at promoting:

• Continuous evaluation
• Timely feedback
• Improved academic discipline

The PTM was held in the presence of:

• Mr. Vikas Labade Sir – Administrative Coordinator

• Mrs. Varsha Labade Ma’am – Principal

• Mr. Sanjay Biradar Sir – Academic Incharge

• Subject Teachers of Classes VI to IX

Parents actively participated in the discussions, engaging in detailed dialogues with teachers regarding their child’s:

• Subject-wise progress

• Specific areas for improvement

The session highlighted the importance of regular assessments in identifying learning gaps early and enabling timely intervention. Many parents appreciated the Weekly Test System, acknowledging its positive influence on students’ study routines, accountability, and focus.
