To further strengthen awareness and uphold a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment, Swami Vivekanand Integration English School, Latur, organized a dedicated POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) awareness session exclusively for teaching staff.

The session was led by Ms. Reshamm Bamb, Director of Shy Foundation—a highly respected POSH & POCSO trainer, social activist, and awareness promoter. Using a structured and informative PowerPoint presentation, she provided a detailed and insightful session focusing on legal rights, responsibilities, and proactive prevention strategies relevant to the school setting.

  • Policy discussion on faculty-student relationships within institutional boundaries
