SVIES Girls Shine at District-Level Netball Competition

The girls of Swami Vivekanand Integration English School (SVIES), Latur, brought great pride to the school by securing First Position in both the Under-17 and Under-19 categories at the Open Under-17 and Under-19 Netball Competition organised by the Latur Netball Association on 13 September 2026 at Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Vidyalaya, Latur.
Both SVIES teams displayed outstanding teamwork, discipline, determination and sporting spirit throughout the competition. Their impressive performances earned them two district-level First Positions, marking a significant achievement for the school.
The Under-17 Girls’ Team and Under-19 Girls’ Team emerged victorious in their respective categories, demonstrating the students’ dedication, consistent practice and commitment to excellence in sports.
The teams were trained and guided by Mr. Lahu Bhosale, Netball Coach, whose valuable coaching and guidance played an important role in their preparation. The efforts of Sports Teachers Mr. Nishant Kamble, Mr. Saad Chaus and Mrs. Aarti Rathod also contributed significantly to the teams’ preparation and performance.
The School Management, Principal, Academic In-charge, Coordinators, Teaching Staff and Non-Teaching Staff congratulated the winning teams, coach and sports teachers on their remarkable achievement and wished them continued success in future competitions.
