Fire Safety Mock Drill Conducted at School
30-07-2026
Dear Parents,
Greetings Of the Day!
The safety and well-being of our students remain our highest priority. Today, our school successfully conducted a Fire Safety Mock Drill to create awareness among students about fire emergencies and to prepare them to respond calmly and responsibly in such situations.
As part of the drill, students were guided through the safe evacuation procedures, emergency exit routes, and the importance of following teachers' instructions during an emergency. The activity was conducted in a systematic and child-friendly manner to ensure that students understood the process without feeling anxious.
We were also privileged to have officials from the Fire Brigade Department visit our campus. They interacted with the students, demonstrated essential fire safety practices, and explained the importance of emergency preparedness in an engaging and age-appropriate way.
Before and after the drill, our teachers carefully counselled and reassured the students, explaining that this was a practice exercise designed to help everyone stay safe during any unforeseen emergency. The children participated enthusiastically and cooperatively throughout the activity.
If your child speaks about the mock drill at home or has any questions, we kindly request you to reassure them and reinforce that these drills are conducted solely to help them learn how to stay safe. Your positive support at home will help strengthen their confidence and understanding of emergency preparedness.
Thank you for your continued cooperation in helping us create a safe and secure learning environment for every child.
Warm Regards,
Principal
