This is to inform you that a Subject Teachers' Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) has been scheduled for tomorrow.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss your child's academic progress, classroom performance, subject-wise learning, strengths, and areas that require improvement. This interaction will also provide an opportunity for you to address any academic concerns and work together with the teachers to support your child's overall development.
We kindly request all parents to:
Be present during the scheduled time.
Arrive on time to ensure smooth conduct of the PTM.
Maintain the allotted time with each subject teacher so that all parents can be accommodated efficiently.
Your cooperation and active participation are highly appreciated, as a strong partnership between parents and teachers plays a vital role in every child's success.
