Grand Celebration of the festival of Lights :Diwali

The Diwali celebration at Swami Vivekanand National School,Rahatani,was held on 25th October,2024, and it was a vibrant and joyous event that brought together students, teachers, and staff to celebrate the festival of lights.
The event began with a short speech by our Principal, who highlighted the significance of Diwali as a celebration of the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil. This was followed by a prayer and lighting of diyas by the teachers and student representatives. To promote eco-friendly practices, the school emphasized a Green Diwali by discouraging the use of firecrackers and encouraging the use of diyas and LED lights instead.
The event concluded with the distribution of sweets and a message from the school authorities encouraging everyone to celebrate Diwali safely and responsibly.
