Upcoming Trip – Essential Do’s & Don’ts for Students

Dear Parents,
Greetings!
We are all excited for the upcoming trip! To ensure the experience is enjoyable, safe, and memorable for all students, we request that the following Do’s and Don’ts be followed:
1. Students must come dressed in their Sports Uniform.
2. Wearing the ID card is mandatory. Students without an ID card will not be allowed to go on the trip.
3. Students should carry a towel, an extra pair of clothes, a cap, and a water bottle.
4. Students who wish to enter the rain dance area must carry a swimming costume or nylon clothes. No other clothing shall be permitted. Kindly note.
5. If your child is on medication, please ensure they carry their medicine and inform the school nurse or the class teacher through the portal beforehand.
6. Students should not carry electronic gadgets (mobile phones, cameras, digital watches, etc.). The school will not be responsible for any loss of such items. once confiscated will not be returned.
7. Students must not carry cash.
8. Please do not send junk food (chips, biscuits, cakes, cold drinks, chocolates, etc.). These items will be collected and kept back at school. Students may carry fruits or home-made fruit juices instead.
9. Timings:
Reporting time at school: 7:45 a.m. (No phone calls shall be made to track your reporitng at school) Bus will start on time.
Pick-up time from school: 6:00 p.m. tentatively (If any changes in the dispersal time, shall be updated through the portal only)
Parents are requested to pick up their child from school as bus drop will not be available.
10. Kindly label all belongings of your ward.
Kindly Make a note :- We would like to inform you that we will not be providing real-time updates such as photos, meal information, or arrival notifications during the school trip. Our aim is to allow students to fully enjoy the experience, develop independence, and create their own meaningful memories.
