Conclusion
Sports are not just about physical fitness; they shape a child's personality, mindset, and future. Encouraging children to participate in sports ensures their all-round development, preparing them for challenges in life with confidence and resilience. Schools and parents must work together to integrate sports into children's daily routines for a healthier and more balanced upbringing.
