Reduce, Reuse and Recycle in school life

Reduce , Reuse and Reuse are three responsible essential component of environmentally responsible behavior.

Reduce- To use less to use fewer resources.

Reuse- To use again or more than once

Recycle- To turn materials and products that would otherwise become waste into resources.

Reduce-

•             Buy only what you need

•             Avoide single use items like lead pencils.

•             Use refillable water bottles .

•             Buy items that will last longer.

•             Cut down on water usage by fixing leaks , taking shorter showers and installing water saving appliances .

•             OPT for digital version of newspapers , magazines and bills to reduce paper consumption

•             Purchase products with minimal packaging to reduce waste

•             Reducing g helps conserve resources by lowering the demand of raw materials and energy needed to produce goods .It also decreases the amountvof waste that ends up in landfills or incinerators

      Reuse

•             Use items more than once.

•             Find new uses for old or unwanted items.

•             Donate clothes to charitable organizations.

•             Give your school uniform to others.

•             Try to use last year students book do not buy new ones and metain  your books in good condition for sharing  with others.

•             If your notebook has left empty pages then use it for next year.

•             Use pencils not lead pencils if it is not necessary.

•             Borrow or share items like books or equipment instead of buying new ones.

•             Reusing conserves resources by extending the lifespan of products and reducing the need for production.  It also reduces the amount of waste generated.

. Recycle-

•             Find ways to Recycle waste instead of throwing it away.

•             Put old products to new uses.

•             Recycling conserves resources by diverting materials from landfills and reducing the need for Virginia material in manufacturing processes .It also saves energy compared to producing new materials from scratch.

Into our daily lives we can help conserve resources reduce pollution and minimize our environmental impact , so I would definitely encourage you to do what you can.Every person helping even imperfectly helps.
