Invitation & Important Instructions – Grade Sports Performance

Greetings of the day!
 

You are cordially invited to witness and encourage your ward during the Grade-wise Sports Performance organised at our school.

Important Instructions:
 

* Students must report to school sharp at 7:30 AM. Kindly adhere strictly to the reporting time.
* Students should be sent in complete sports uniform, along with their ID card and sports shoes/school shoes. ID card is mandatory; students without ID cards will not be permitted to participate in the Sports Meet.
* Kindly send tiffin, a water bottle,  a napkin and a cap with your ward.
* Students are expected to maintain discipline and decorum on the school premises and strictly follow all school rules and protocols.
* After your ward’s grade performance, parents may collect their child smoothly as guided by the teachers, without crowding or causing any disturbance.

Your cooperation is essential for the smooth and successful conduct of the event. We look forward to your presence and encouragement.
