Mandatory Use of Escort Cards for Student Dispersal

Dear Parents,

Greetings!

This is to inform you that Escort Cards must be mandatorily used while picking up your child from school. For the safety and security of all students, no child will be handed over without the Escort Card.

This measure has become all the more essential in light of the increasing reports of child abduction cases across the city. We urge you to treat this practice with utmost seriousness.

Please note the following important points:

• No parent will be permitted to bypass this rule.

• No excuses will be entertained in the absence of the Escort Card.

• The school will not release a child to neighbours, relatives (including uncles, aunts, siblings), drivers, house helps, or colleagues – even if they are known to the family.

• If a parent arrives without the Escort Card, the child will not be sent with them under any circumstance.

• If your ward has not received the Escort Card, it likely means that parent photographs have not been submitted to the school. Kindly submit the photographs at the earliest to the school’s Admin Office.

Important Notes:

• The Escort Card issued will be valid for the next two academic years, and must be brought daily when picking up your child.

• While most cards are ready, the delay in submission of photographs by some parents has held up the process for others. We seek your cooperation in completing this exercise.

• For new students, Escort Cards are yet to be issued. In the interim, parents of new students can show their details on the Edunext App (under the "Attender" section) to the class teacher at the time of pick-up.
