Urgent: Update Aadhaar Card Details for APAAR ID

Dear Parent,

Greetings!

Kindly update your ward's Aadhaar card details with the school by Monday, 24th February 2025. This is required for generating the APAAR ID, which is mandatory as per CBSE guidelines. It is a flagship initiative of Ministry of Education, Govt of India, is designed to provide a unique, lifelong 12-digit identifier for all school-enrolled students. The provision will facilitate targeted interventions that will improve school enrollments, learning outcomes and seamless management of academic records among many other benefits.

The  APAAR ID will be utilized as a primary identifier by States/UTs for:

1. All examinations/assessments conducted by State School Educational Boards.
2. All entrance tests/ admissions/ inter-school transfers or migration and scholarship linked
     Examinations.
3. Any other large assessments or standardized testing being conducted.

Hence a failure to provide the required details may result in your ward being unable to appear for upcoming examinations.
Your ward's class teacher will send you a mail incase your ADHAAR Card needs to be updated. Kindly check and revert.
