Greetings of the day!

We are delighted to inform you that the school has organised a *one-day picnic to Fun Palace, Wagholi, for students from **Grades VI to X*. The picnic is planned to provide our students with a fun-filled, refreshing, and enriching experience while giving them an opportunity to enjoy exciting activities, explore new surroundings, and strengthen their bond with their classmates.

Grades VI & VII        ₹1100/- 
Grade VIII ,IX & X     ₹1150/-

The fee includes *transportation, breakfast, lunch, entry charges, and access to the activities and educational experiences included in the package.*

### 📌 Important Instructions

1. Parents are requested to *submit the consent form through the Edunext App* and deposit the picnic fee through the account details that will be shared shortly. After completing the payment, please send the *payment screenshot to the respective class teacher through the school portal* on or before *22nd October 2026*.
 

2. *School sports uniform, consent form, and Identity Card are mandatory* for all students. Students without the required consent form and Identity Card will *not be permitted to join the picnic. All the above-mentioned requirements are compulsory. **No individual calls will be made regarding the same.* Parents are advised not to send their child if the child is unwell.

3. *Socks are compulsory* for all Students for Trampoline activities.
4. Swimming costumes are not included in the picnic package.
5. For students using the swimming pool,proper swimming costumes are compulsory. Cotton clothing is strictly not permitted in the pool.Synthetic ,nylon or polyester swimming attire is allowed.

6. *Reporting Time at School: 7:30 a.m.*
  Parents are requested to ensure that their ward reaches school on time. Buses will depart as per the scheduled departure time and *will not wait for latecomers. Fees will not be refunded in this case*.

7. *Expected Return/Pick-up Time: 5:00 p.m.*
  Parents are requested to pick up their child from the school. *Bus drop facility will not be available. Kindly take note of the same.*

8. Students should carry a *water bottle, cap, extra pair of clothes, napkin, towel, and required medicines/personal medication, if applicable.*

9. Parents must inform the class teacher about any *allergies or special care requirements through the school portal only.*

10. Students are *strictly prohibited from carrying mobile phones, cameras, electronic gadgets, valuables, or excess cash. The school will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any such items brought by students. **Bags will be checked thoroughly, and any prohibited items found will be confiscated.*

11. Students should *not carry junk food or fizzy/carbonated drinks. Parents are kindly requested to send only healthy and suitable food items, if required. **Junk food or prohibited food items will be confiscated.*
