This message is regarding the documents required for the GR (General Register) procedure for students who have taken admission in our school.

As part of the Grade 11 & 12 Admission Confirmation for the Academic Year 2026–27, and in accordance with the school’s official documentation and record-keeping process, we are required to collect and verify the following documents:

Original Leaving Certificate (LC) from the previous school
Aadhaar Card photocopies of:
Student
Father
Mother
Residential Address Proof
Previous Class Marksheet – photocopy
Passport-size photographs of:
Student
Father
Mother
Migration Certificate (CBSE) – wherever applicable
Caste Certificate – wherever applicable

Kindly submit all the above-mentioned documents to the School Office on or before 28th September 2026, to ensure that the GR procedure and admission documentation are completed smoothly and without any delay.
Parents are requested to ensure that all documents submitted are clear, valid, updated, and accurate. In case of any discrepancy in the details mentioned in the documents, kindly bring it to the notice of the School Office at the earliest.
We request you to treat this matter as important and ensure the timely submission of all the required documents within the stipulated timeline.
